  1. Scope of Services:
    a) This agreement encompasses the provision of recurring lawn care and/or snow removal services by My Guys Landscaping, as specified in the personalised service plan.
    b) The service plan will detail the specific tasks, frequency, and any additional services agreed upon.

  1. Payment:
    a) Customers agree to pay the specified amount for services on a recurring basis, as outlined in the service plan.
    b) Payments will be automatically processed using the provided payment method on the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., monthly, quarterly).

  1. Service Schedule:
    a) My Guys Landscaping is committed to adhering to the agreed-upon schedule for lawn care and snow removal services.
    b) Unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions, may necessitate adjustments to the service dates. My Guys Landscaping will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services promptly.

  1. Property Access:
    a) Customers are responsible for ensuring unrestricted access to their property during scheduled service times.
    b) Any restrictions or changes to property access must be communicated to My Guys Landscaping in advance to avoid service disruptions.

  1. Service Modifications:
    a) Customers may request modifications to their services with reasonable notice.
    b) My Guys Landscaping reserves the right to make adjustments to services based on property conditions, seasonal needs, or other relevant factors.

  1. Cancellation:
    a) Customers may cancel services by providing advance notice as outlined in the service agreement.
    b) Refunds for prepaid services not yet rendered will be issued in accordance with the cancellation terms.

  1. Property Conditions:
    a) Customers are responsible for addressing any potential hazards, obstacles, or specific property conditions that may impact the delivery of services.
    b) My Guys Landscaping is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or obstacles not disclosed by the customer.

  1. Communication:
    a) Customers consent to receiving communication from My Guys Landscaping for service updates, scheduling adjustments, and other pertinent information.
    b) My Guys Landscaping is committed to maintaining open lines of communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. Liability:
    a) While My Guys Landscaping will exercise due care in delivering services, the company is not liable for damages or issues beyond its reasonable control.
    b) Customers are encouraged to promptly report any concerns or issues related to the provided services.

  1. Termination:
    a) Either party may terminate the agreement by providing proper notice and adhering to the cancellation terms specified in the service agreement.

By engaging with My Guys Landscaping’s services, customers acknowledge, understand, and agree to comply with these detailed terms and conditions. My Guys Landscaping reserves the right to update these terms as necessary, and customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
